Almine points out that the darker colored ones are best for clearing density, while the light colored stones are able to cut cords that have formed from neediness. Both light and dark can be worn together and they have complementary functions in purifying the body. Darker colored amethyst also helps with clarity of mind and of knowingness.

Blue Sapphire Protocol to Activate the God-gene and Create a Wearable Seer Stone
This Gemstone Alchemy protocol was given by the Seer. It activates the higher function of the 3rd eye chakra, as well as the god-gene in the DNA to exit the matrix. The process uses a power stack and is done as a ceremony that causes the Blue Sapphire piece to gain in potency each time.
