The Seer states that Blue Sapphire is very potent in spherical form, though ovals work well also. Around the neck, on the sternum, the forehead, and on both hands’ ring fingers. Whatever jewelry piece or stone you have, you can meditate with it and place it on those areas.  The ring fingers correspond to the Triple Warmer or Thyroid meridian, which balances overall energy flow and harmonizes the body’s organs.
