Palmstones and Raw Gemstones for Meditation

Palmstones are wonderful for meditation, and they can provide a quick ‘reset’ when held with clear intent, and can assist in activating the gemstone tones within and emanating them to loved ones, situations in life, and places on Earth.

In general, the right hand receives, the left hand gives, and choosing the hand to hold it in can support intent. The best way however, is to balance the energies from both hands (perspectives), so meditating on the tone and functions of the particular gemstone and alternating hands is a wonderful process to grasp the receptive (feminine) and pro-active (masculine) aspect of the particular tone.

Below is a description of how this may be done, and specific meditation for certain gemstones.

In this category are also included large raw stones that can be used in the same way as palmstones, as not all gemstones are typically found as large palmstone. Moreover, some prefer to work with the raw stone as it comes out of the earth. Peruvian pyrite hearts, raw ruby stones, large raw amber pieces, raw fibrous malachite, and amethyst are such examples.

Note the stock changes and these items are not always available. In particular, the malachite is a rare find, and large raw ruby stones are not typically available from my sources, and neither are pink tourmaline stones with so much pink tourmaline compared to the rock matrix it’s in. The large raw amber too is limited in stock, and those prices for such large pieces will not be found anywhere else!
